I did receive a few emails asking me how I got in and out of that instrument of torture, the Triple Helix. Easier than just trying to explain it I thought I'd do a storyboard for it. So below are images and descriptions of what it going on. Enjoy!

1. You need to be (completely) flaccid to get in this ring. If you're already hard then you're going to put yourself in a lot of pain. You really need to be able to bend your dick for this.

2. With a normal cock ring it doesn't matter whether you put balls or cock through first - everyone has their own method. Because there are three rings here I find it much easier to start with the balls. Here it's just getting both balls through the largest ring so they are sat inside the ring structure.

3. Ease one ball through by pulling the sack through the lower hole. If you're lucky, as you pull the skin through one ball should follow quite easily.

4. Pull as much of your ball skin through as you can. When most of it is hanging out the bottom the remaining ball should 'pop' through. When both balls are through adjust your skin so that it is comfortable and there are as few folds as possible. Folds in the skin can cause sweating which may lead to discomfort.

5. Rotate the ring structure forward and guide your cock through the large ring so it comes out of the upper ring. You may want to try a little lube or talc as the metal may snag on the flesh.

6. Ease the cock completely through. You may find with wearing that the ring will slip into this position naturally.

7. Pull the ring up so it is seated comfortably - pull your balls down and your cock forward. The big ring should sit as close to your body as you can get it.

8. It is possible to wear this under tight fitting underwear though select the underwear with care!

Removal is the reverse of putting it on. Start with a soft cock and work back to getting your balls out one at a time.
